This conference entitled “Digitizing Intercultural Communication – Alienation vs. Humanism in Social Spaces and Media”. This conference is especially suitable for academics and graduate students who research in the following scientific fields: mass media and communication, digital humanities, information technology, organisational sociology and psychology, international business, human resource management.
On this annual meeting conference, there were three research articles presented by COSDEV members:
- ‘Digitized Local Wisdom and Disaster Literacy (Identification Study of Local Wisdom in Indonesia based on Website’ presented by Prof. Andi Faisal Bakti and Riza Darma Putra, M.I.Kom,
- ‘Who Says What In Indonesian Print Media That Alienates People From Environmental Issues: Sample News In Tempo Print Magazine’, presented by Anna Agustina, Ph.D, and;
- ‘The Cultural Outcomes of Internet Use: Digital Inequality Among Employees In A Private University’ presented by Umar Halim, M.Phil and Prof. Dr. Edie Toet Hendratno.
